In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hq177", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to hq177 and the online gaming services accessible at hq177.ws.
• "Player", "User", "You", "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the hq177 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the hq177 platform, associated with a unique username, mobile number, and CNIC.

• "Wallet" refers to the player's in-platform PKR balance held within the hq177 account.

• "Real Funds" refers to PKR deposited by the player from their own JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank account, or card.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including CNIC submission and verification, required before withdrawals are processed on hq177.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory in which accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing hq177.ws, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the hq177 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the hq177 platform and, if applicable, request closure of your account.

hq177 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account prior to the amendments taking effect. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are kept current in your hq177 account settings.

To register and use the hq177 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hq177 strictly enforces this age requirement. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and any balance, including deposited Real Funds, may be withheld pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human actors may not register accounts on hq177.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended hq177 account. Duplicate registrations are prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee of hq177 or any of its technology, payment, or gaming content partners.

hq177 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing KYC review. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each player is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their hq177 account credentials, including their username, password, and SMS OTP codes. hq177 will never ask you to share your password via any channel including live chat, email, or phone.

You must notify hq177 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. hq177 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including sharing credentials with third parties.

• Account sharing — allowing another person to access, fund, or operate your hq177 account — is strictly prohibited.
• You may not transfer funds between hq177 accounts or assign your account to another person.
• It is your responsibility to ensure all personal details on your account are accurate and up to date. Discrepancies between account details and KYC documents may delay withdrawal processing.
• Dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of up to Rs 200 per month, applied to the account balance where a balance exists. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

hq177 processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, Raast, and Visa/Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your hq177 Wallet in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfers and card payments may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. hq177 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 1–3 banking days for bank transfer methods.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the hq177 account holder.
• hq177 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion, particularly for large-value withdrawals.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Wallet section of the platform.

All sports bets placed on hq177 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these rules before placing a bet. Market-specific rules are accessible from within each betting market on the platform.

• Bets are only valid once accepted and confirmed by the hq177 system. A bet slip reference number constitutes confirmation of acceptance.
• hq177 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error or data feed failure.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live data feed being current and accurate. hq177 will not be liable for bets accepted during a data feed outage, and such bets may be voided at hq177's discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed on the relevant market and within your bet slip before confirmation.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. hq177 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Disconnection during a live casino or slot session does not void an active round. The round will be completed by the system and settled according to the outcome generated.

hq177 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to these general bonus terms.

• Bonus Funds are credited to your account separately from Real Funds. Where both are present, Real Funds are used first unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable Real Funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• hq177 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will not be affected by mid-promotion cancellations unless there is evidence of abuse.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the standard wagering process.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hq177 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy specifically designed to exploit pricing discrepancies between hq177 and other platforms.
• Collusion between players, including chip dumping in poker or any coordinated strategy to guarantee mutual profit at the platform's expense.
• Providing false identity information, including using another person's CNIC details for registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the hq177 platform via a VPN, proxy, or any other tool intended to disguise your actual geographic location.
• Engaging in any activity that could constitute money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the hq177 platform, its security systems, or its data feeds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hq177 staff or other players via any platform communication channel.

hq177 reserves the right to suspend any account immediately upon suspicion of prohibited conduct, pending investigation. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balance, including Real Funds, may be forfeited.

• Use the hq177 name, logo, or brand assets for any commercial purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hq177 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to platform downtime, disconnection, or technical failure.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or data displayed on the platform due to a third-party data feed error.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any loss or damage arising from events beyond hq177's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.

hq177's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount of Real Funds deposited by you into your hq177 Wallet during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hq177 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on hq177, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data, including your name, CNIC details, mobile number, and transaction history, is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support. hq177 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You may close your hq177 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any Real Funds balance remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

hq177 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Account activity indicating money laundering, fraud, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a regulatory instruction or court order requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed by hq177 due to confirmed fraud or material breach of these Terms, any balance in the account, including Real Funds, may be withheld pending investigation and legal proceedings.

hq177 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always published at hq177.ws/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly displayed.

For material amendments — changes that meaningfully affect player rights, wagering rules, or payment terms — hq177 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via their account-registered mobile number or email address where one is held.

Continued use of the hq177 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

hq177 operates under an international gaming license. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which hq177 holds its gaming license.
